Late Payments
An interest charge of 1.5% per month is added to invoices not paid by the due date

Returned Cheques
If your cheque is returned to us, a charge of $22.49 is added to your account balance

Moving Charge/Reconnection
In the event of a transfer or reconnection of power, a $33.73 charge is added to your account to cover the administrative costs associated with reading and/or reconnecting the meter on the day you move in or are reconnected. Note: 48 hours notice of moving is required.

Charges for reconnections after 5:00 PM
Charges can range from $78.70 to $153.65 depending on the time requested by the customer.
