If you have medical equipment in your home that is prescribed by your physician in order to assist, support or monitor a medical condition, you may want to register your equipment with Saint John Energy.

This database is used to provide us with information on customers who may require special consideration during efforts to restore power.

Please be aware though, that registering your equipment does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Saint John Energy recommends that you make arrangements to cover any unavoidable outages.

In the event of a planned interruption or maintenance outage the registered customer would be notified in advance so they could take the necessary steps to cope with the interruption.
