Procurement Policy

Goods and services with a total value of $250.00 or less shall be obtained by way of a low value purchase order. Goods and services with a total value of between $250.00 to $25,000.00 shall be obtained by way of competitive costing requiring a quote from a minimum of three vendors (where possible).

Goods and services with a total value in excess of $25,000.00 shall be obtained by way of a Request for Tenders or a Request for Proposals, either by invitation and/or public tender. If you have any questions, please contact us.
